The FASTEST Grand Mac Meal Ever Eaten (under 1 Minute!)

For some time, we were hearing how McDonald's plans to grow by doing things like making people think of them as a place to chicken and launching breakfast all day long.

This week, she announced a major change in her burger, perhaps more important to her original business model, that she would now prepare two burgers on her list using fresh beef instead of freezing. About 3,500 McDonald's sites will use fresh meat immediately, and the rest will be shifted in May. The company said McDonald's was testing the idea of fresh burgers in some restaurants in Texas and Oklahoma for 18 months.

The McDonald's president in the United States says the whole challenge, especially for a McDonald's chain, is consistency and speed. For now at least, the change affects only two burgers: the Quarter Pounder and the Signature Crafted. The Big Mac and all other hamburgers on the menu--which frankly might be more subliminally associated with the chain to begin with--will still be prepared and "flash frozen" before being shipped to restaurants.

The official offer was announced on Mar 8, 2018 at a media event at the McDonald's restaurant in Oak Park, Illinois, so we'll have to wait to see how people respond. But on Twitter, there have been some entertaining reactions, suggesting that the avant-garde versus frozen debate is not something they knew was for ordinary customers.
